As a carer I needed extra support for mum. Right from my first meeting with Katy to assess mum it was tailored to our needs. Noting all of mum’s little routines and disabilities. This was quickly relayed to the team at Braeburn Care who were compassionate and caring. They also would communicate their observations and ideas back to me. I really appreciated the fact that communicating with the family is key for Braeburn Care. I always knew that they were on the end of the line and would always quickly return my calls.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service I have received from Braeburn Care. The level of care and personal attention could not be greater. I am never made to feel inadequate and I am encouraged to be positive in the things I am able to do for myself. Braeburn staff have helped me build my confidence towards greater physical activity and their interpersonal skills are especially important to me, as I feel I can out my trust in the staff, which gives both myself and my family total peace of mind.
