As a carer I needed extra support for mum. Right from my first meeting with Katy to assess mum it was tailored to our needs. Noting all of mum’s little routines and disabilities. This was quickly relayed to the team at Braeburn Care who were compassionate and caring. They also would communicate their observations and ideas back to me.
