Customer Background
In this customer case study, our customer, who wishes for her name to be kept anonymous, is an accomplished writer and former journalist, who has led a rich and independent life. After a successful career writing for a trade and technical magazine publisher, she later founded and ran her own printing company before retiring to focus on writing fiction. With a deep passion for literature, she has authored a compelling book, which explores the harrowing experiences of those transported during the Holocaust.
She lives alone but has supportive neighbours and enjoys visits from friends, however, before engaging with Braeburn Care, she had no formal care in place and rarely went out socially. With a son based in America and another living in London, she values her independence and prefers to manage her own affairs, with updates provided to her family only when necessary.
