The carers are lovely, truly care for my mother and most importantly spend time with her. The management team are very easy to talk to and are extremely receptive to our requests and any concerns. Mum and I are very happy with the care provided by Braeburn. The big bonus compared to other caring agencies we have used is that mum has one main carer who visits at least 70% of the time which provides mum with the consistency she needs. I can rest assured that if there are any problems on the visits, I will be contacted by the carers and likewise if I have any concerns they are dealt with in a professional and prompt manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Braeburn to potential clients.
