Today marks a significant milestone for Braeburn Care – one year since our re-launch. Although our journey began in 2014, this past year has been one of renewal, growth, and strengthening our commitment to exceptional home care and live-in care across West Kent and East Sussex. From rebuilding our team to expanding our service offerings, forging stronger community partnerships, and taking part in key initiatives, we are incredibly proud of the progress we’ve made.

Over the past year, Braeburn Care has:
- Rebuilt and strengthened our team, ensuring we continue delivering outstanding home care and live-in care to those who need it.
- Expanded our services, supporting individuals with a wide range of home care solutions, from personal care to live-in care, companionship, deep cleaning and domestics, overnight care, respite and specialist support.
- Attended networking events, connecting with like-minded businesses to enhance service delivery and collaboration across the communities we serve.
- Developed key working partnerships, ensuring a joined-up approach with healthcare professionals, commissioning teams, and community organisations.
- Held informative talks to help individuals and families understand the support available to them, not just from us, but from other healthcare professionals and community services.
- Contributed to important causes, including fundraising initiatives for Dementia UK and Prostate Cancer UK.
- Attended training courses to continue upskilling our teams, ensuring we stay at the forefront of best practices.
- Launched joint marketing campaigns and local initiatives, helping to raise awareness of the care and support available in our local areas.
Through all of this, we have continued to grow, operating from our office at Pluto House, serving Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Crowborough, and surrounding areas, and ensuring more individuals receive the high-quality care they deserve.
